Also the building services will be from the most modern one and best available. 85 % of the used water is to be ecycled, and the hot water will be heated by the waste heat of the air conditioners. Clearly that such qualities will merit a premium price. The first 60 units are sold still for 90,000 Baht per square meter, afterwards the prices are set to rise to 100,000 Baht and further later.
